Long term water quality
What is the target water "quality" for the PLWA and what is the best level and flow through to maintain this? There seems to be a lot of info floating around and few places to find out whats true and not.

The Alberta Surface Water Quality Guidelines are on the Alberta Environment webpage here: http://environment.gov.ab.ca/info/library/5713.pdf
If Pigeon Lake could meet all of these guidelines then it would be much healthier.
Not too sure what you mean my level of flow through... If you mean water levels, they are determinded by nature and even if there was a magic amount we could not change what we have so best to work with what we get!
